The graph above shows the stability of the two PnP-stable growth factors (PnP-Stable EGF and PnP-Stable bFGF) compared with the stability of their native versions (wild-type EGF and wild-type bFGF) through a cell proliferation test. As shown in the graph, the activity of the PnP-stable growth factors is maintained over the time, while the activity of their native versions decreases significantly during the same period. This demonstrates that the higher stability of the PnP-stable growth factors plays a significant role in the maintenance of the cell proliferation activity.
